All our tours combine three essential elements:
- exciting destination
- interesting subjects
- stimulating facilitators as well as providing tours at the most competitive prices.
We pride ourselves on the fact that we always give something back to the communities that host our tours.
In addition to gifts, we ensure that we engage in quality interactive sessions with members of our host communities whereby a forum for the transfer of intercultural experiences is established encouraged. We strongly believe that education is a broad-based lifelong experience and in pursuance of this belief, we continually review our programs and itineraries for student and adult travelers, to reflect the dynamics of our time.
In our school tours, we provide a broad and holistic spectrum of real-life experiences of curriculum relevance to students.
Our highly interactive programs are developed to work with and make connections to curriculum in History, Geography, Art, Science, and Social Studies with a view to educate students on the sociological and practical aspects of life.
We strive to promote social experiences where students live with their peers, take care of their own needs, imbibe a planning and budgeting culture with their pocket money and develop their interpersonal skills, teamwork and leadership qualities.
Sentinel Educational Tours provides a fun atmosphere for learning outside the classroom where students can see, touch, feel and taste aspects of Nigeria’s history. Sentinel guides undergo continuous training and evaluation to ensure curriculum goals are being met, helping students learn and appreciate the culture of other citizens.

A properly package tour should cover the following cost areas.

Several facilities and attraction are usually gated and token fees charged for entry. Tours should be costed in such a manner that the individual participants are not requested to pay directly at the entrance. Usually the tour operator communicates in advance to the area to be visited, and all charges are revealed. The operator therefore has ample opportunity to include such entry fees in the package cost and also to pay such fees in advance for quick and easy passage on arrival at the resort or attractions.
Hotel/Camp Accomodation
Where a tour last for more than 15 hours, there is always need to make arrangement for night stay. Which may be in a hotel or campsite? It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure comfortable accommodation for the contingents. Where hotels are located with in the visited resort, prior armament should be made for hotel rooms, sufficient in numbers there are usually varying categories of hotels rooms and it is usually the responsibility of the tour operator to assess the class of the rooms suitable. Were camping is required, the operator should ensure available of tents or caravan to be used and include cost these in the package. on account should participants in a package be required to make individual arrangement for accommodation, as this may make it difficult to regroup for the next days activities.
Meals
Usually meals and snacks are included in tour packages. The benefit of this arrangement is to ensure uniformity in quality of served as well as avoiding food poisoning that may occur in uncoordinated eating environment. Student however may decide to buy snack for their leisure. This arrangement also prevents distortion of timing due to disappearance for meals at varying locations.
